| Trail Jet Kits Each kit will contain the required main and pilot jets for 1 engine (both carbs) for running on pump fuel with a stock sled. This works with MOST engines with good compression and no other issues. Do not double filter the air intake. Make sure your carbs are clean and the choke cable is not too tight and your float orings are not leaking. 600R/RR/HO Mikuni Float assembly
O rings $4 a pair (o-rings only-pictured in the center) If you have a fuel leak that is leaking into the engine then check your needle and seat o-rings. These are slightly thicker than the stock o-rings for a tighter fit especially when its cold out. For use with the all rack style Mikuni carbs. Works on all the 600 IQ racers and 600HO carb models. A few of the production models that use this are '02-09 500 and 600cc engines including the 600HO's. Also used for the needle and seat on the IQ440. Apply a thin amount of 2 stroke oil on oring prior to installation. |
