This web site does not have live inventory. If you need a stock check please contact us prior to purchase. We use Pay Pal for secure payment processing. We do not see or store your finicial information. Once you complete check out you will recieve a notification from Pay Pal if you have your Pay Pal notices turned on. You will not recieve an additional email from us about your initial purchase. Occasionally we run out of certain items and we may need to contact you to offer you a substitution, possible upgrade, or a refund. Please check your email often. Tracking information is also automatically sent from PayPal if your notices are turned on. Due to Covid19 manufacturers have been shut down, many products are not available or delayed and all shipping carriers are behind especially around the holidays so please plan ahead and please be patient.
AOL, Hotmail, .rr, etc. and Norton users: Many times your spam blockers prevent our e-mail replies from getting to you. If you don't get a response in 12 hours please call us or try a different e-mail account.

If your website order is over $99 and you're in the contiguous 48 states, we'll ship it to you for free! (excludes fuel tanks, large body panels, snowmobile tracks, all OEM factory parts, special orders and a few other miscellaneous large and/or heavy items) This offer is not valid for closeout items, eBay orders or any exchanges. All International, Hawaii and Alaska orders will receive an invoice for any additional shipping.
All rates on this site are calculated for shipping in the contiguous USA states. International shipping rates cost more and we will send you an invoice for the additional if your in an eligible country. Please be aware of your country's import or tariff taxes and broker fees as you will be responsible for paying them in addition to the purchase and shipping we charge. As a business we can not send items as a gift. International buyers, we will also need a phone number with your payment.
We accept credit card payments from Master Card, Visa and Discover by calling 319-364-1120. We can only ship to the credit card billing address. We accept Cash, Credit Cards or confirmed/verified PayPal paymentsiers. Sorry, no personal checks. We accept Pay Pal payments (to email@example.com) from the USA, Canada and the UK ONLY!!! and you must have a verified account and a confirmed address (where your credit card bill goes to) If Pay Pal says your payment is ineligible for seller protection then you will have to use a different form of payment. All payments must be in US dollars.
Other International buyers: Pay Pal seller protection does not cover payments or shipments to any other countries at this time so we will not be able to accept a Pay Pal payment from anywhere else. You still have all the other payment options.
Products, Orders and fitment:
Due to ongoing product improvements and model year changes the item you receive may be an upgraded/newer version. When ordering parts or accessories for vehicles, we rely on the vehicle information you give us to be accurate and we accept no liability if it is not.
Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed completely accurate. Prices subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason. Any product shortages must be reported immediately upon delivery and the original box and all of its contents must be kept together. We use the individual weight of each item for accuracy. If the box itself looks damaged see "shipping insurance" below.
Payment Clearing & Shipping:
Most regular stocked items ship out right away if you make an instant type of payment however processing can take 1-3 days during busy times. If you need something right away please call us to check stock and for rates on expedited services. Orders are normally shipped once complete. Split shipping is available upon your request and at your expense. If paying by Pay Pal in the USA we can only ship to your confirmed address. If you send a money order or make an e check payment, we can not send your item(s) until the check clears-usually 4 business days. We ship Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), and 2pm is our daily cut off time.
Alaska and Hawaii sometimes cost a few dollars more. We recommend priority mail and some packages due to size and weight can only go priority mail. Regular mail to your destination can take up to 6 weeks. Faster shipping is available-please call us.
Ship-to addresses- Make sure your address is current before you make a payment. No address changes or requests for us to send packages to any other address. If you pay by credit card we have to ship to the billing address. Due to fraud we just can't send packages anywhere else unless you pay by money order.
Tracking- Most of the services we use will send tracking info to you. Some services like 1st class and Priority mail do not have tracking but will have delivery confirmation. Pay Pal provides shipping details under the transaction "details." UPS sends notices through Quantum View. USPS only has tracking on express mail. Please keep in mind that tracking an item does not get it there any faster and we always send items out as soon as we can-normally within one business day unless it was a special order. If the package appears to be lost after allowing reasonable delivery time according to the shipping service you chose and paid for we will certainly track it down if we can. International buyers-please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Many spam blockers kick out the tracking notifications. Please review your email folders or one of the sites above for shipping details and be patient as all shipping services may run a day or two late during the holidays. Chasing a tracking or conformation number does not speed up the delivery. It actually delays our ability to concentrate on shipping items out to customers like yourself. Please be patient and allow some time for delivery.
Insurance must be requested and purchased by the buyer for all items they wish to have insured. All Purchases over $250 will require insurance and a signature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If for some reason your package arrives damaged report it to the carrier immediately and also call us immediately. We can not file an insurance claim unless it is reported immediately.
Combined Shipping and Handling (S&H) costs are usually calculated by weight, dimension, and zip code. If the shipping rate looks to high please contact us for appropriate combined shipping costs on your items. If you already paid then please contact us and we can refund the difference. Some items can not be packaged together due to physical size or weight. For big orders or any questions please call us at 319-364-1120.
If your in a hurry, need items for a trip or event and willing to pay extra for a faster shipping service, then let us know right away so we can give you all the shipping options. Most of our items can be sent priority mail (2-3 days) for an additional $4.00 if under 5lbs.
All exchanges must be made with 30 days of purchase with the original invoice. (except from Black Friday to Christmas when we allow returns up to 15 days after Christmas) A return authorization number must be obtained and clearly labeled on the outside of the box and on the original invoice inside before returning. All merchandise must still be in new condition with all of the original packaging, tags attached and undamaged. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from. No exchanges on closeout, oem/factory or special order merchandise. Exchanges being made due to our error: We will refund the standard shipping fee from the original carrier service only upon the return of the merchandise. If you return a package using express mail or a different currier you will not be reimbursed for the extra expense. The shipping services we use to return the merchandise back to you will be at our discretion.
In the event there is a manufacturer defect, mix up or warranty issue beyond our control this may need to be handled by the manufacturer and you will be subject to their return/exchange policies.

Chatterbox will warranty all units within their warranty period with a copy of your receipt. No returns on helmets, shields, or vehicle windshields if they are missing the protective film or have been used. No returns on fuel tanks, oil injection kits or instructions, jetting kits, or any other kits. All merchandise eligible for return must still be in new condition with all of the original packaging, tags attached, and have their serial number or UPC. All returns are subject to10% restocking fee and no refunds on shipping or pay pal fees.

WE CHARGE A 10% RESTOCK/RETURN FEE on ALL cancelled orders with a $5.00 minimum. This restock fee may sometimes be waived if you choose in store credit. We are really easy to work with. Need a different size or color or maybe you found a different item you like better? We can apply your payment towards anything in our store or just about anything available in the power sports industry if you call us right away. If you are not sure what you want or need to do please contact our customer service department at 1-866-385-5847. At our discretion, we may waive these fee for regular stocked items.
JS POWERSPORTS LLC is a limited liability company and does not imply any warranty of its own on merchandise sold however we will handle any issue we can. Some manufacturers have their own warranty policies in effect and reserve the right to repair or replace any defectives. In that case, items will usually need to be sent directly to them and we will assist you in obtaining the address information.
Iowa residents will be invoiced for the additional 6% sales tax if Pay Pal doesn't add it on. Residents in Cedar Rapids will need to pay 7%.
There is a small amount of risk involved with online or over the phone purchasing. First off, buy from a company with a good reputation and great feedback such as ours. Be a little flexible; you can't tell by a picture if the item will fit you we can't see you to advise. Also, colors do not appear the same on every computer display making it sometimes difficult to match other items. Just ask us and we will try to assist you in any way we can.
Winners must claim their prize(s) within 30 days or it will be forfeited. Prizes will be held for pickup at JS Powersports or we will ship to the lower 48 states for free. Shipping to all other areas is available and standard shipping rates apply. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or other items.
