WARRANTY POLICY These boots have a 30-day manufacturer defect warranty, based on purchase date. Manufacturer�s defects will be determined by our warranty team. Valid claims will receive store credit toward a new pair of the same boots. Improper fit is not a valid reason for warranty, but as long as the product has not been worn or used, it may be returned for credit. To be able to make a return, an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) is required. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase (as receipt and/or warranty card). Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids the warranty. |
