Prices are marked for web site purchasing only and my be different in the store, on auctions, or at shows and races. Additionally online line specials, page specials and or free shipping offers may only be used with online purchasing.  All items are sold as pictured-nothing extra. Please ask all questions before you purchase. Description may indicate any changes other than the item is pictured. We always try to use the most updated pictures when available. Due to ongoing product improvements and model year changes the item you receive may look slightly different than pictured. It may be an upgraded version.  Occasionally we run out of certain items and we may need to contact you to offer you a substitution, possible upgrade, or a refund. Please check your email often. When ordering vehicle parts, make sure you know the exact year, make, model and package or version so we can send you the correct items. Also let us know whether it has been modified or not. When ordering, we rely on the information you give us to be accurate and we accept no liability if it is not.
Email Problems:
AOL, Hotmail, .rr, etc. and Norton users: Many times your spam blockers prevent our e-mail replies from getting to you. If you don’t get a response in 12 hours please call us or try a different e-mail account.
Free Website Shipping Offer:
If your website order is over $100.00, and you're in the contiguous 48 states, we'll ship it to you for free! (excludes fuel tanks, most body panels, snowmobile tracks, all OEM factory parts and a few other miscellaneous large and/or very heavy items) This offer is not valid for closeout items, ebay orders or any exchanges.
All International, Hawaii and Alaska orders will receive an invoice for any additional shipping.   
International Shipping: All rates on this site are calculated for shipping in the contiguous USA states. International shipping is usually 2-3 times higher, or more when available, and please be aware of your country’s import or tariff taxes and broker fees. We will not pay the taxes or fees for you and it is not included in the price. We will not send items as a gift. International buyers, we will also need a phone number with your payment.
Payment Acceptance:
We accept credit card payments from Master Card, Visa and Discover by calling 1-866-Full Throttle (385-5847). We can only ship to the credit card billing address. We accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders (Send to JS Powersports 823 Rockford RD SW Cedar Rapids, IA 52404) Sorry, no personal checks. We accept Pay Pal payments (to sales@jspowersports.com) from the USA, Canada and the UK ONLY!!! and you must have a verified account and a confirmed address (where your credit card bill goes to) NO EXCEPTIONS! If Pay Pal says your payment is ineligible for seller protection then you will have to use a different form of payment. All payments must be in US dollars.
Other International buyers: Pay Pal seller protection does not cover payments or shipments to any other countries at this time so we will not be able to accept a Pay Pal payment from anywhere else. You still have all the other payment options.
Payment Clearing &
Shipping:
We normally ship out right away if you make an instant payment. If paying by Pay Pal in the USA we can only ship to your confirmed address. If you send a money order or make an e check payment, we can not send your item(s) until the check clears our bank or pay pal.   We ship M-F only (excluding holidays), and 2pm is our daily cut off time. Buyer pays Shipping and Handling set to the contiguous 48 states normally through USPS.  USPS priority mail (normally 2-3day service) is available on most items for an additional $4.00 if the item is less than 5 lbs.
Alaska and Hawaii sometimes cost a few dollars more. We recommend priority mail and some packages due to size and weight can only go priority mail. Regular mail to your destination can take up to 6 weeks. Faster shipping is available if you call before payment.

Ship-to addresses- Make sure your address is current before you make a payment. No address changes or requests for us to send packages to any other address. If you pay by credit card we have to ship to the billing address. Due to fraud we just can't send packages anywhere else unless you pay by money order.
Tracking- Most of the services we use will send tracking info to you. Some services like 1st class and Priority mail do not have tracking but will have delivery confirmation. Ebay provides shipping details under the "view order details" link in the item listing. Pay Pal lists them under transaction "details." UPS sends notices through Quantum View. USPS only has tracking on express mail. Please keep in mind that tracking an item does not get it there any faster and we always send items out as soon as we can-normally within one business day unless it was a special order. If the package appears to be lost after allowing reasonable delivery time according to the shipping service you chose and paid for we will certainly track it down if we can. International buyers-please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Many spam blockers kick out the tracking notifications. Please review your email folders or one of the sites above for shipping details and be patient as all shipping services may run a day or two late during the holidays.  Chasing a tracking or conformation number does not speed up the delivery. It actually delays our ability to concentrate on shipping items out to customers like yourself. Please be patient and allow some time for delivery.

Shipping Insurance:
Insurance must be requested and purchased by the buyer for all items they wish to have insured.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Combined Shipping:
Combined Shipping and Handling (S&H) costs are usually calculated by weight, dimension, and zip code. If the shipping rate looks to high please contact us for appropriate combined shipping costs on your items. If you already paid then please contact us and we can refund the difference. Some items can not be packaged together due to physical size or weight. For big orders or any questions please call us at 1-866-Full Throttle (385-5847) or 319-364-1120.
Exchanges:
All exchanges must be made with 14 days of purchase with the original invoice. A return authorization number must be obtained and clearly labeled on the outside of the box and on the original invoice inside before returning. All merchandise must still be in new condition with all of the original packaging, tags attached and undamaged. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from. No exchanges on closeout or special order merchandise. Exchanges being made due to our error: We will refund the standard shipping fee from the original carrier service only upon the return of the merchandise. If you return a package using express mail or a different currier you will not be reimbursed for the extra expense. The shipping services we use to return the merchandise back to you will be at our discretion.
In the event there is a manufacturer defect, mix up or warranty issue beyond our control this may need to be handled by the manufacturer and you will be subject to their return/exchange policies.
Returns:
All returns must be made with 14 days of purchase with the original invoice. A return authorization number must be obtained and clearly labeled on the outside of the box and on the original invoice inside before returning. No returns on closeout items or special ordered merchandise. No returns on any used or damaged merchandise or packaging. Do to the nature of electronics and the way they are sometimes handled or misused we will not accept any returns on electronics. Chatter box will warranty all units within there warranty period with a copy of your receipt. No returns on helmets, shields, or vehicle windshields if they are missing the protective film or have been used. No returns on fuel tanks. All merchandise eligible for return must still be in new condition with all of the original packaging, tags attached, and have their serial number or UPC. All returns are subject to15% restocking fee and no refunds on shipping or pay pal fees.

Canceled Orders:
Because most of the items we offer are 'special order' items, we charge retail and web customer's credit card when a order is placed. We must then order the products we do not have in stock from the manufacturer or supplier.  Because most of our suppliers charge a 15% restock fee on cancelled orders, or returns; we must pass that charge on to you if you cancel your order after placing it with us. WE CHARGE 15% RESTOCK/RETURN FEE on ALL cancelled orders. There is a $5.00 minimum fee on any cancelled order. This restock fee may sometimes be waived if you choose in store credit.  We are really easy to work with. Need a different size or color or maybe you found a different item you like better? We can apply your payment towards anything in our store or just about anything available in the power sports industry if you call us right away. If you are not sure what you want or need to do please contact our customer service department at 1-866-385-5847. At our discretion, we may waive these fee for regular stocked items.
Warranty:
JS POWERSPORTS does not imply any warranty of its own on merchandise sold. Most manufacturers have their own warranty policies in effect and reserve the right to repair or replace any defectives. Normally items will need to be sent directly to them and we will assist you in obtaining the address information.
Sales Tax:
Iowa residents will be invoiced for the additional 5% sales tax if Pay Pal doesn't add it on.  Residents in Cedar Rapids will need to pay 6%
Online Risks:
There is a small amount of risk involved with online or over the phone purchasing.  First off, buy from a company with a good reputation and great feedback such as ours. Be a little flexible; you can't tell by a picture if the item will fit you we can't see you to advise.  Also, colors do not appear the same on every computer display making it sometimes difficult to match other items. Just ask us and we will try to help in any way we can. Allow time for shipping. You may not receive you item as soon as you would like with standard shipping. If your in a hurry, need it for a trip or event and willing to pay extra for a faster shipping service, then let us know right away so we can give you all the shipping options. Most of our items can be sent priority mail (2-3 days) for an additional $4.00 if under 5lbs.
