Please take a few minutes to read through the tech notes and
Cautions/Troubleshooting pages. Most questions have already been answered
right here on this site. If you still have unanswered questions feel free
to contact us under these circumstances:
Tech support questions will only be answered for
products you have purchased so please have your invoice number ready. If
you need some technical assistance while making a purchasing from us during
the call that is also acceptable. Sorry, we no longer have time to
troubleshoot snowmobile problems over the phone so please use email only
for that with your complete setup including altitude and normal riding
temperature and style.
Tech support options:
e mail most emails will be answered very quickly
during normal business hours. After normal business hours we do our best
to answer any questions as soon a possible.

Calls are normally taken from 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm central time or until
Tech Support leaves to our service facility each day which could be
earlier or later than 6pm. If Tech Support is not available generally
someone in sales will pick up the call and do their best to answer any
questions and forward your information to tech support.
