Oil injection kits are sold here

We recommend running premix while any bubbles are worked out of your new oil injection system. Be sure to use the bleeder screw to get the air bubbles out of the oil lines then be sure to tighten it up afterwards.
Additionally, After hooking up the pump to the oil tank and all the oil lines and bleeding the pump just before you install it you can use a drill and socket on the pump drive to prime the lines while holding it in the full throttle position and watch it work. Otherwise, just run premix for a little bit in your tank until you see the oil pumped all the way up the longest lines. If you get a bubble just below your oil filter, Unhook the line and let it out.

Note for 600R's The throttle cable will need to be adjusted out at both ends for proper settings. There is a adjuster under the rubber boot at the top by the handlebar.

The first picture is what your trying to protect, a brass worming gear against a steel shaft. The second picture shows the small transfer cut in the bottom case which is all you have to provide lube unless you do oil injection.

How to tighten up the lower oil pump bolt. More instructions for 440/600HO and 600R's oil pump installation in the 440 notes here.

440 Cable notes: When installing the cable into the carbs make sure the plastic spring guide gets lined up in the groove of the keeper nut otherwise it wont pull full throttle and you can damage the cable if you force it. You can also trim down the springs if you have too much throttle tension already, but test first.
