These are famous for wearing down and cracking followed by getting
sucked through you engine. Check yours and replace them if they are
cracked or warn.

Mikuni Float assembly O rings $6.80 a pair (o-rings only-pictured in the
center)
If you have a fuel leak that is leaking into the engine then check you
needle and seat o-rings. These are slightly thicker than the stock
o-rings for a tighter fit especially when its cold out. For use with
the all rack style Mikuni carbs with Polaris float assembly #3130859.
A few of the production models that use this are '02-09 500 and 600cc
engines including the 600HO's. The rest of the models are listed

NEW HIGH FLOW pre-filter
for 440 and 600's $17.95
There is no real filter system on the IQ race sled so this pre-filter is a must. Fits over
intake horn. Works on the 440's and 600's as well. We recommend
running a bead of silicon around the headlights to keep powdery
snow from building up on top of the pre-filter and causing a bog.
In average conditions we have actually seen some trail converted
600's gain 100 RPM when running this filter.

Many of the Polaris carb adaptors separate between the rubber and the
metal and/or crack out. NOTE: For engine serial #'s
0120327300140-0120327302497 replace both adaptors and if your out of
that serial number range dont think your ok-check your adaptors. More

The carb boots that come on the 600R/RR make it very
difficult to put the air box back in. We use this different set of boots
that stay in the air box and slide right on the carbs. Install with
the flush side out.
