are available with a "open face" or "full face" style kit. The only
difference is how the microphone is attached. We recommend open face
style headsets. Open face kits have a mic mounted on a flexible boom
which allows the microphone to be placed directly on your mouth
enabling you to use a lower voice activating setting or VOX setting.
You will have less chance of the mic picking up your engine or any
wind noise. Open face units are the most versatile for switching
between helmets. Full face units work good on helmets where the
microphone can be mounted close to your mouth on the front of the
helmet or inside a breath deflector. The X2 and X1 both come standard
with a noise reducing headsets. Kits come complete for one helmet with
speakers and microphone, all mounting brackets, a corded push to talk
