509 Sinister
Snow Goggles

509 Sinister snowmobile goggles were designed from the ground up to be, what we feel, is the first 'true' snowmobile specific goggle. Every design element and every feature was specifically engineered to tailor specifically for a snowmobilers requirements. There is a HUGE difference between a ski goggle and a 509 snowmobile specific goggle. So often we see sledders frustrated with their poorly performing goggles and as no coincidence they are always a ski or snowboard brand.
Active snowmobiling creates a truly unique set of circumstances that ski goggles simply can not keep up with. First off they are no designed for MX style helmet compatibility. They do not have adequate venting to keep up with the rigors of aggressive riding. 509 goggles address every issue that is relevant to a snowmobiler and after just one use, I'm sure you will agree with thousands of other sledders: There really is no greater alternative goggle for the snowmobile market.

Our favorite face mask to use with these goggles is the Klim balaclava shown below.

                                  Klim Balaclava $29.95

The Klim Balaclava is our favorite face mask to use with the 509 goggles. The top half is a breathable wick away material and the lower half is a thicker material with wind stopper technology. This makes for a perfect combination.
